We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your 5-hour ENERGY order, we accept returns on unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of our food-grade energy products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or consumed.

Ensure your product is unopened, in its original packaging, and was purchased directly from our official website within the last 30 days.

Contact Support

Reach out to our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Package Your Items

Securely pack the unopened bottles or packs in a shipping box and clearly write your assigned RMA number on the outside of the package.

Ship and Refund

Send the package back to our fulfillment center; once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
